Education for All specialise in providing educational resources to schools and projects in developing, post-conflict and complex emergency countries, curriculum materials on sustainability and an international school linking programme. Education for All seeks to ensure that the building of new and refurbished schools In the UK is carried out in a way that has benefits on a local, national and global level by promoting reuse, recycling and life-long learning.

 

Working with schools and national construction companies, Education for All has recovered and redistributed over 57,000 educational resources, destined for landfill from UK schools through refurbishments and national build programmes, to Bangladesh, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Niger, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia. Government contracts with Tanzania, Nigeria and St Vincent & the Grenadines, along with multiple charity requested orders are currently being fulfilled.

 

Education for All works internationally with various ministries of education, charities and businesses in funding the shipments, and sits on two UN panels for educational planning in emergencies. Education for All has been recognised by Prime Minister Gordon Brown and is supported by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the British Education Suppliers Association (BESA).

 We will also be raising £1000 for Mercy Corps and Frank Water Projects as the nominated charities of the Adventurists. All the money raised after this £1000 will go to Education for All...I can highly vouch for this charity, as i manage it!!

FRANK Water Projects funds sustainable clean water projects in developing countries across the world.

To date FRANK Water has funded 30 projects in India, bringing clean water to more than 200,000 people. All our facilities use the latest filtering technology available and all are owned and run by the community.
